Weeks after being called out by his colleague, Ayo Makun, also known as AY over their long-time beef, Basketmouth, has finally broken his silence, branding AY as non-friend.
Per Seconds News had reported weeks back the 17-year-old feud between AY and Basketmouth with AY claiming that the Basketmouth had been responsible for the bad blood between them.
AY also alleged that Basketmouth extended invitation to him but ignored it, saying their relationship was damaged due to a gig he handled for Basketmouth some years back but refused to pay him.
But in his reaction that is currently trending on social media platforms, he revealed that he and his colleague, AY, have never been friends and he has never had any close or personal relationship with him.
Basketmouth revealed this during an interview he had with Nedu Wazobia on ‘The Honest Bunch’ which was shared on social media on Monday.
He declared that they have never been friends and that’s the reason he wasn’t invited to his wedding.
He said:”90 percent of all he said are lies, in fact I’m still in shock and all my friends are laughing at me because they warned me to be careful of him.
“AY is not my friend and I didn’t invite him or his wife to my wedding. I have never visited him or invited him to my house and you will never find a picture us standing together on social media.”
