How K1’s wife, Emmanuella, “swept hubby off his feet” on his 66th birthday

582

There couldn’t have been another way to show how much Emmanuella, wife of Fuji king, Wasiu Ayinde, otherwise known as K1, loves her man.

The beautiful wife seemed to have mastered the art of sweeping her husband off his feet when it matters most, and so she did with his 66 birthday ‘surprise party.’

Emmanuella alongside some of his family members and friends, took it upon themselves to celebrate him with a surprise party to mark his 66th birthday at Radisson Blu Hotel on Victoria Island, Lagos.

It was a private gathering with limited invitations except those who are close friends of the celebrant and the K1 family.

But for few media friends who have close relationship with K1 and his wife, it was not an event opened to all in order not to alert K1 of what was coming.

After he had walked in with his wife to a host of friends, K1 said: “If this is what you call a surprise, then I think I got caught in the most well-organised plan.”

They had both travelled to Abuja and returned, and everybody bid him ‘good night’, urging him to go and rest.

“However, something told me that I should not go to bed yet. After a while, they said we should all go for dinner but I never knew I was walking into a “pleasant trap” set for me by my beautiful wife,” the excited hubby said.

At the event, family and friends took turns to talk about the birthday boy and wish him well. The party was anchored by MC Ajele.

Dollars rained, even naira, despite its current scarcity found its way into the hands of some people, who spared nothing to appreciate K1’s wife for her show of love for her husband.

Fuji star, Sule Alao Malaika, clad in white native, ensured that guests were thrilled as they danced to his popular track, ‘Oshe Olorun’, which has become an anthem of some sort on the lips of many revellers.

Another highlight of the event was when K1’s personal assistant, Kaycee Ayinde, mimicked his boss to the delight of guests present.

At 66, Per Seconds News observed that K1 keeps looking younger as he appeared to have unlocked the anti-ageing magic.

The Fuji king was full of praises for his wife and friends for making him feel special.

While giving his appreciation speech, the singer thanked everyone who attended, especially his wife, for being the brain behind the “secret event.”
