Afro pop music star and YBNL founder, Olamide, has spoken about his success in the music industry, owning up that he has never had a winning strategy.

For those who have always been asking how he keeps getting it right and staying relevant in the music industry even after a decade, Olamide in an exclusive interview with Per Seconds News, said he “only follows his mind and works hard.”

The singer, who has mentored and produced some of Nigeria’s top music stars like Adekunle Gold, Fireboy, Lil Kesh among others, maintained that success doesn’t have a manual but one must be consistent with whatever he does and do it well.

Asked what keeps him winning, Olamide said: “I don’t really have any winning strategy as against what some people think about me.

“You can’t get it right all the time and you can’t get it wrong always as well. Let’s just say I enjoy what I do and I work really hard.”

With more than five studio albums in his kitty and several endorsement deals to his brand, the singer insisted that he would keep doing what he likes best — music.

“I am always hungry for more success”, he added.
