Four Super Eagles players have tested positive for COVID-19, according to the handler, Gernot Rohr.

Rohr, who did not name the affected players, however, said they were fine.

“I won’t reveal their names, they are fine now,”  said the German coach and tactician.

Meanwhile, the team has arrived in Austria for friendlies with Algeria and Tunisia.

On Friday, the Super Eagles will take on Algeria at Worthersee Stadium in Klagenfurt following a change in the venue which was initially Jacques Lemmans Arena.

The Worthersee stadium is a bigger facility with 30,000 capacity seats compared to the initial venue in the southern Austrian state of Carinthia, which holds 2,420 spectators.
