Ondo SSG’s resignation: Gov. Akeredolu names Oluwatuyi as successor

Barely eight hours after Mr Ifedayo Abegunde resigned as the Secretary to the Ondo State Government, Gov. Rotimi Akeredolu has announced MrTemitayo Oluwatuyi as the successor.

He announced the appointment on his verified Twitter handle on Monday afternoon that it is with immediate effect.

The governor tweeted: “Today, I announced the appointment of Hon. Temitayo Oluwatuyi “Tukana” as the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) to resume immediately following the resignation of Hon. Ifedayo Abegunde.”Abegunde had resigned on Monday and dispatched his resignation letter to Akeredolu, who tested positive for Coronavirus last week.
