President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday chaired the second virtual Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting in Abuja amid COVID-19.
As usual, the President and selected members of the council including Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr Boss Mustapha, the Chief of Staff, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari and some ministers were physically present in the chambers, while others are connecting via videoconferencing.
Only ministers who have memos to present at the meeting were cleared for their physical presence at the State House.
