Oshiomhole’s suspension : Fed. High Court quashes another Fed. High Court’s order

As the dust of the suspension of the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole, is yet to settle, another Federal High Court In Kano has set aside a ruling of an FCT High Court suspending him.
Justice Lewis Allagoa on Thursday ordered the Police and the Department of State Service (DSS) to provide security for Oshiomhole to resume in his office at APC Secretariat in Abuja.
Persecondnews recalls that Justice Danlemi Senchi of a Federal High Court in the FCT had on Wednesday granted an order of interim injunction restraining Oshiomhole from parading himself as the APC national chairman.

Oshiomhole had appealed the judgment at the Court of Appeal, Abuja Division.
