The Supreme Court has affirmed the judgement of Justice Chiwendu Nworgu on the congress conducted by the All Progressives Congress, APC in Rivers state.
The ruling party had wanted an order that would have compelled the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to recognize all its candidates in the forthcoming elections in Rivers State.
The Supreme court upheld the judgement given by the Federal High Court in Port Harcourt, barring the All Progressives Congress from the general elections in Rivers State.
With the ruling Friday, the feud in the Rivers APC continues with no end in sight.
