Emerging from the courthouse with a smile, Very Dark Man’s release follows a denied bail request two weeks ago and a subsequent short strike by the courts and other public parastatals.
His repeated court appearances and imprisonments in 2024 stemmed from statements made on social media.
Earlier this year, he was arrested for alleging that senior police officers were involved in amorous relationships with Bobrisky, a claim he later described as a tactic to prompt Bobrisky’s arrest.
Following his release, the feud between Very Dark Man and Bobrisky intensified.
Bobrisky was subsequently arrested for currency mutilation, an event that Very Dark Man celebrated by filing a petition accusing Bobrisky of public indecency.
Despite his ongoing conflict with Bobrisky, Very Dark Man has also been active in supporting others.
He advocated the release of influencer, Nickie Dabarbie, who was detained over allegations against Skiibii, and provided her with legal assistance.
