RETRACTION AND CLARIFICATION: Seplat–MPNU Transaction Report

Per Second News wishes to withdraw and clarify its report published on August 9, 2022, concerning alleged financial inducements in relation to the proposed share acquisition transaction between Seplat Energy Plc and Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPNU).
