FCT FA Chairman Congratulates Family Worship FC, Naija Ratels FC on President’s Cup Triumph

The Chairman of the Federal Capital Territory Football Association (FCT FA), Alhaji Adam Mouktar Mohammed, has congratulated Family Worship FC and Naija Ratels FC on their victories in the 2025 edition of the President’s Cup.

Persecondnews reports that Family Worship FC emerged champions in the men’s category, defeating EFCC FC 4-3 via penalties in the final, while Naija Ratels FC dominated N-Youth Ladies Football Academy 6-0 in the women’s category.

Both teams have earned a ticket to the upcoming National President’s Cup, where they will represent the FCT. Family Worship FC and EFCC FC will compete in the men’s category, while Naija Ratels FC and N-Youth Ladies Football Academy will represent the FCT in the women’s category at the Round of 64.

Mouktar expressed his satisfaction with the teams’ efforts, urging them to make FCT proud as they face teams from other parts of the country.

“The Nigerian football community, especially here in the FCT, is very proud of their accomplishments.

“We congratulate the management of FWC, Naija Ratels, EFCC, and N-Youth Ladies Football Academy for the remarkable progress of their teams,” he said.

The FCT FA Chairman also thanked the fans who turned out in large numbers to support their teams, describing their backing as unparalleled.

He charged the teams to remain disciplined and committed, assuring them of the FCT FA’s support.

“Go to the Round of 64 and make FCT proud! We will be giving you the support you need in every way possible. Let’s go and fight with our football artistry, and we believe that we can succeed,” he said.
