Fani-Kayode, at media briefing, attack Arise TV reporter, you are rude

361

Tempers rose at a news conference called by the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council in Lagos on Tuesday as Ex-Minister, Mr Femi Fani-Kayode again attacked an Arise TV journalist.

A visibly angry Fani-Kayode had launched a verbal attack on the reporter for daring to ask a question at a shouting match-like live news conference.

Fani-Kayode, who lost his tempers, called the journalist as ‘very rude’ for legitimately asking a question.

“You can’t tell us how to answer questions… No… o ma laya o (you are so audacious). You are very rude,” he exploded.

Fani-Kayode, who has a history of shouting at journalists, is popularly known for his short fuse.

In 2020, Fani-Kayode also attacked a journalist working with Daily Trust newspaper for asking about the source of funding for his recent tours.

In the old video, Fani-Kayode described the journalist as ‘very stupid’ for asking such a question.

There have been back and forth in recent times following the outcome of the 2023 Presidential election as opposition parties have called for the cancellation of the poll for lacking transparency and accountability.
