Nigerian music star David Adeleke, better known as Davido, says retirement is off the table for now, thanks to his daughters’ love for shopping.

The father of three took to social media to candidly—and humorously—reflect on fatherhood, joking that his children’s daily spending habits guarantee he will be working hard for years to come.

“My daughters wanna shop everyday … I’m in trouble … gotta forever guide 😂❤️,” he wrote.

The singer’s comment appeared to be a humorous reference to the financial responsibilities that come with raising children, particularly as they grow older and develop their own interests.

Davido, who has continued to maintain a busy music career, has often spoken about the importance of providing for his children and being present in their lives.
