According to a statement released by the commission on Thursday, obtained by Persecondnews, the elections would be conducted in Rivers South East Senatorial District, Ondo South Senatorial District, Enugu North Senatorial District, Nasarawa North Senatorial District, Dawakin Kudu/Warawa Federal Constituency in Kano State, and Zuru State Constituency in Kebbi State.

It also stated that voting will commence at 8:30 a.m. in all designated polling units within the affected constituencies, and urged voters in the affected constituencies to participate peacefully in the elections and comply strictly with guidelines during the process.

The bye-elections are part of efforts by INEC to ensure full representation in the affected constituencies following existing vacancies in the National and State Assemblies.
