The NUJ leadership, headed by Chairperson Grace Ike, along with the Deputy Chair, Secretary-General, and other executives, recognized Mr Femi Soneye, the former Chief Corporate Communications Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd), as a skilled professional who has demonstrated distinction and excellence in the field of communications.
The award underscores Soneye’s long-standing contributions to journalism and corporate communications, as well as his advocacy for a stronger, independent, and sustainable Nigerian media.
