Abuja power outage: We are working to restore supply – AEDC

The Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) announced on Thursday, July 24, that its technical team is working hard to restore electricity to parts of the Central Area in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

The company issued a statement via its official X account, addressing affected customers regarding the outage.

‎“Dear valued customers in Diplomatic Drive, Bolingo Hotel, Cool FM, and surrounding areas, we regret to inform you that the current power outage in your area is due to a technical fault.

“Our technical team is working tirelessly to restore supply as quickly as possible,” the company said.

‎AEDC expressed its appreciation for the patience and understanding of customers impacted by the outage and reaffirmed its commitment to improving service delivery.
