The Super Falcons of Nigeria delivered a ruthless performance, annihilating the Copper Queens of Zambia 5-0 in the quarterfinals of the Women Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.

The Nigerian team’s defensive solidity and clinical finishing proved too much for the Zambian side to handle.

Under the guidance of coach Justin Madugu, the Super Falcons employed a well-organized defensive structure that thwarted every effort from Zambia.

The Nigerian team’s backline was compact and resolute, making it difficult for the Zambians to create clear-cut chances.

The Super Falcons’ defensive solidity was a testament to Madugu’s tactical acumen.

Super Falcons attacking prowess was on full display as four of the five goals, all came aerially.

The goals came thick and fast, with Ohale opening the scoring in the second minute with a powerful header.

Okoronkwo and Ihezuo followed suit, scoring from long balls into the defensive zone of Zambia.

Demehin sealed the win with a fourth goal in the 68th minute, before IJAMILUSI added a fifth in the 90th minute.

The Super Falcons are yet to be breached in the tournament, keeping four clean sheets in four games while scoring nine goals in the process.
