The Group CEO of NNPC Ltd., Mr. Bashir Bayo Ojulari, has underscored the mutual commitment of both the NNPC Ltd and Chevron Nigeria Ltd to further strengthen their ongoing partnership.

The national oil company on Tuesday disclosed in a post on its official X handle that Ojulari pledged to deepen discussions on gas-related business, Persecondnews reports.

Welcoming a Chevron Nigeria Ltd. (CNL) delegation on a courtesy visit, the NNPCL boss noted the importance of effective, value-based partnerships to drive sustainable collaboration and deliver shared value to both parties.

The CNL Chairman/Managing Director, Mr. Jim Swartz, shared key points on CNL’s high-level strategy, identifying areas for collaboration and alignment with NNPC Ltd.

Both parties restated their commitment to advancing Nigeria’s energy sector through strategic partnerships.

The meeting underscored the significance of cooperation between NNPC Ltd. and CNL in driving growth and development in the energy industry.

The CNL delegation included senior officials, such as Jim Swartz, Mr. Segun Kuteyi (Director, JV Operations), Michelle Pflueger (Director, Deepwater & PSCs), Rizu Nwokoma (Director, Business Services), Ijeoma Bassey (General Counsel), and Olayiwola Adeniji (Manager, Government Affairs).
