Justice Emeka Nwite of the Federal High Court, Abuja, has granted bail to Yahaya Bello, the immediate past governor of Kogi State, in the sum of ₦500 million with two sureties.
Giving the ruling, the judge emphasized that bail is granted at the court’s discretion.
