Actress and reality show star Iyabo Ojo sent shockwaves through social media a few hours ago with a surprising announcement on her Instagram page.

In a move that left fans and followers stunned, Ojo revealed that she would not be participating in the upcoming reunion show for the highly acclaimed Real Housewives of Lagos.

This unexpected decision comes as a departure from Ojo’s usual active involvement in the show, leaving many wondering about the reasons behind her absence.

In her Instagram caption, Ojo shared insights into her decision-making process, acknowledging the influence of various parties in her life. She highlighted the importance of listening to her family and loved ones, including her partner and children, as well as the brands she collaborates with.

In her statement, she said: “After a lot of back and forth, I choose to listen to my family, loved ones, most especially my man and my children, and also the brands I work with, so I will not be attending the RHOLagos2 reunion.”

Ultimately, these considerations led her to opt out of the RHO Lagos2 reunion, despite her initial reluctance.

For fans who have followed Ojo’s journey on the reality show, her decision undoubtedly comes as a surprise. Throughout the season, she remained a central figure, frequently making headlines with her outspoken personality and candid interactions with fellow cast members.

Notably, her clash with socialite Laura Ikeji generated significant buzz, with some viewers labeling Ojo as a bully.

Ojo, however, vehemently denied these accusations, maintaining her stance against such perceptions.

The choice to withdraw from the Real Housewives reunion adds another layer to Ojo’s eventful week, marking her second notable moment in recent days.

Earlier in the week, she found herself embroiled in controversy after throwing shade at actress Lizzy Anjorin regarding a fake alert scandal.

As speculation swirls surrounding Ojo’s absence from the reunion show, fans eagerly await further updates and insights into her decision-making process.
