Nigerian music star, Orezi, is currently grappling with the aftermath of a devastating fire that engulfed his house, pushing him through various phases of mental breakdown.

The singer, who recently unveiled a new EP, expressed gratitude to God that no life was lost in the inferno that consumed his home just days after the release.

While hoping to elevate his music career with the launch of new songs, Orezi said found himself facing an unexpected and heartbreaking setback.

The flames took not just his belongings but also his dreams of musical success in the immediate future but despite the loss, he maintains a perspective of resilience, acknowledging that what was lost is a fraction of what lies ahead.

Amid the ruins, Orezi has equally turned to faith, counting on divine strength to navigate through the challenging period.

The singer, known for his upbeat tracks, now faces a different kind of rhythm as he confronts the task of rebuilding not just his physical space but also his artistic aspirations.

This incident marks the second instance in recent months where a Nigerian celebrity’s house succumbed to flames.

Comedian Ayo Makun, popularly known as AY, also experienced a similar misfortune.

Though relieved that his family emerged unscathed, AY echoes Orezi’s sentiment of gratitude towards God for keeping loved ones safe despite the material losses.
