Famous Nigerian actor, Bolanle Ninalowo and his wife have decided to end their marriage following what the actor described as irreconcilable marital differences.

The couple is known for their public show of love and affection for each other as you could hardly see one without the other except when the actor is on set working.

Per Second News had sensed trouble in the marriage weeks back when Nino as he’s called appeared at a public gathering without his wife, a very rare occurrence.

In a statement released by the actor on Friday, Ninalowo said what happened to his marriage is a sad reality that gives room for “a brighter and fulfilling future.”

According to him, the marriage could no longer work even as he tried to avoid being separated from his wife and children but he has come to accept the reality.

He stated that this development is a sad reality he prayed and nurtured hard to never experience for the sake of all

He called on God to reward or punish him for all he truly deserves or did wrong if that be the case, adding that in the end, they will all live by the consequences of their actions.

“Now I have to do better for the sake of the same children I fought hard never to be separated from. The journey thus far only makes me stronger as I come to terms with what I truly need and desire for all my relentless hard work and efforts in life.

“Heartbroken but no shattered. I stand strong as I break this sad but true news to the same world who adores my beautiful family and I.

“My wife and I have decided to go on our separate ways and headed for irreconcilable marriage dissolution. Please respect our privacy and pray for us during this process as we heal and move on with our independent lives,” he said.
