Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, has revealed how she lived half of her life being worried about things she shouldn’t be troubled about, saying she wasted half of her life mulling over them.

Speaking about her life and newly-found happiness, Dikeh said she was truly fussed about her past life and spent a lot of energy thinking about things that did not matter and may not have any positive impact on her life in the future.

The actress, while sharing her thoughts about life and why people should worry less about issues that would add no value to their lives, said being an over-thinker affected her life, noting that she had been sad for a long time for the wrong reasons.

The actress-turned-politician disclosed that she is built for enjoyment and is no longer a prisoner to happy moments, adding: “The crazy part about being an overthinker is that you will be right the whole time.

“I used to be a worrier and wasted half my life being sad for no reason. But these days, I am outside all the time living my life and enjoying every bit of it as it comes.”

Persecondnews recalls that Dikeh shared her after-death wishes online days back with her followers on Instagram.

She disclosed what she expected her friends to do whenever they can for her children after her death.

She urged them to always remind her children how much she loved them and would do anything to see them happy.

“If I pass away unexpectedly, remind my kids every time you see them how much I love them and how I would do anything in this world for them. This is all I want,” she added.
