Actor, Yul Edochie is in the news again as he publicly declared that he is a proud polygamist with “manifold blessings” for every member of his family.

Per Seconds News recalls that Edochie, son of veteran actor, Peter Edochie, had welcomed another son from a woman earlier this year and was dragged on social media by his first wife and mother of his three children, Mary.

He later apologized to his wife and restored peace and normalcy to his home weeks after but social media users never ceased to drag him for choosing to father another child outside wedlock.

Speaking about his decision to take another wife and being proud to be married to two women, Edochie on Sunday morning took to his social media platform to address the issue once again, saying he is proud to be a polygamist.

“I am a very proud polygamist and I say this with my full chest. The Bible acknowledges polygamy.

“It is my destiny. God directed me to do it, so I can give my son a proper identity,” he said.

Edochie stated further that the decision came with blessings for him, wife, Mary and Judy as well.

“You may not understand my life and negative things about me; I won’t blame you. It is my life, not yours. So you don’t need to understand it.”
