Popular actor, Adeniyi Johnson, has debunked rumours of his purported secret affair with a young actress, who released a cozy photo of herself and Johnson.
The picture which was leaked on social media by a popular blogger was said to have caused a lot of troubles for Johnson, particularly his marriage as his wife, Oluwaseyi Edun, reportedly fumed and threatened to call it quits.
The young actress had captioned the picture, saying “The king that rules my world. Love you pappy. I miss you so much, come back to mummy”, sparking dating rumours between them.
Reacting to the development, Johnson who spoke exclusively to Per Seconds News, said he would not want to be dragged into a non-existent issue as the lady in question was only a fan who “took privileges to another dimension.”
According to the beefy actor, there is nothing more attached to the picture as he has released an official statement debunking and daring the lady to come out and speak if there was more to the picture they took together while he was rushing to the set of a movie.
In his statement, Johnson said: “The lady was an overzealous fan who was excited to meet me and politely asked to take a picture because I was driving out of where she met me and I couldn’t come down to take the picture.
“I guess she posted on her WhatsApp with the hideous caption to trend or somebody on her contact out of hatred for her picked the video and added the caption to make it trend.
“I apologise to my wife for causing this kind of buzz which I would do anything in me to avoid. You really don’t deserve this and I apologise for what my playful and free spirit have cost you.
“To the lady in question, I dare you to come out and talk if I know you beyond the video,” he said.
