President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday in Daura, his countryhome, received Mele Kyari the Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Malam Mele Kyari as Muslims all over the world observed this year’s Eid el-Kabir.

Kyari had stormed Daura in the company of his children to pay Sallah homage to the president.

He noted that the occasion of Sallah festival was unique as a period of sacrifice, sharing and love to Muslim faithful and fellow Nigerians.

Kyari prayed to Allah to grant the President good health, more wisdom and strength to continue to steer the ship of state to a safe destination.

However, other discussions Kyari had with Buhari may not be unconnected with the ongoing transformation in the nation’s oil and gas industry including the feat of uninterrupted petrol products supply especially during festivities for several years running.
