President Muhmmadu Buhari on Tuesday held a crucial meeting with the Minister of Defence, Maj.-Gen. Bashir Magashi and the Chief of Defence Staff,Lt.- Gen. Gabriel Olonisakin at the State House, Abuja.

The agenda of the closed-door meeting was unknown at the time of filing this report, but informed sources said it might not be unconnected with the escalating violence trailing the #EndSARS protests across the nation particularly in Lagos, Abuja and other parts of the country.
PerSecondnews recalls that the protesters had demanded that Buhari should address them or the nation which he has yet to do.
Former President Olusegun Obasanjo had urged Buhari to bend backwards as the father of the youths and assured them of changing  their fortunes as well as remove the lid from a burning steam.
