Oddity: Woman feeds househelp with human faeces, son assaults her sexually

Bizarrely, a woman, who allegedly fed her 13-year-old househelp with human faeces, has been nabbed in Lagos.

 

The woman’s son has also been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing the girl, according to the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP), Lagos Zonal Command.

 

Mother and son were arrested at Okota area of Isolo for child abuse.

 

Persecondnews leanrt that while the mother unleashed on the hapless girl all forms of abuses ranging from beating to forcing her to eat faeces, the son had sexually assaulted her.

 

On hearing the report, the command commenced preliminary investigations, the Zonal Commander, Mr Daniel Atokolo, said.

“I want to assure members of the public that the suspects will be dully prosecuted to send signals to others that think that house helps are lesser human beings,’’ he said.

 

In a related development, NAPTIP and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) have in a joint operation, arrested a man, (name withheld) for allegedly recruiting young girls for commercial sex.
