This week marks four years since the death of the great Ambassador Adebowale Adefuye. Adefuye died in Washington, DC on August 27, 2015. News of the Historian and diplomat left many all over the world shocked and heartbroken. Tributes quickly started pouring in from his family, government, fellow diplomats, friends who called him a “national treasure.”
