Oriental hotel in Lagos is being put up for sale by owners for $250 million about N95 billion, Per Second News gathered Tuesday.
The 133-room hotel has been listed for sale with the Nigeria property centre on Monday.
Staff of the hotel confirmed that owners are quietly shopping around for buyers. No official statement yet from the owners.
