The Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, met with the governors of Adamawa and Bauchi states at the presidential villa, on Thursday in Abuja.
Osinabjo met Jibrilla Bindow of Adamawa of Adamawa and Mohammed Abubakar of Bauchi, behind closed doors at the vice president’s office.
The meeting may not be unconnected with the inconclusive polls in the state.
However, at the end of the meeting, Abubakar and Bindow declined to speak with State House Correspondents on the outcome of the meeting with the Vice President.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), have fixed Saturday, 23rd March, this year for the re-run elections in some states, including Adamawa and Bauchi.
