Court nullifies Uduaghan’s nomination, orders fresh primary

Unconfirmed reports reaching Per Second News indicate that a Court has declared the nomination of Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan,  former Governor of Delta State, a nullity in the suit filed by AVM Terry Okorodudu.

The Court Orders the ruling APC party to conduct fresh primaries for Delta South Senatorial District to be monitored by INEC.
