Fatal explosion at oil facility in Delta causes disruption in community

An explosion occurred early this morning at an oil facility belonging to  the Nigerian Gas Company, NGC, in Delta State.

“The [explosion] has created a fire,” said a resident “There are miles of thick, black clouds of smoke.”

The facility is located at the Ejere community, Warri south local government area.
