President Bola Tinubu said on Wednesday that while the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Nyesom Wike, is not currently a member of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), the party is open to welcoming him should he choose to switch allegiances.
Tinubu made this declaration during the inauguration of the Arterial Road N16 (Shehu Shagari Way), which stretches from Ring Road One (Nnamdi Azikiwe Way) to Arterial Road N20 (Wole Soyinka Road), and other road networks in the Katampe District.
He further added that with Wike by its side, the APC would continue to be jubilant, while its political rivals would “continue to suffer.”
