24 hours after the accident that has kept him on life support in a Lagos State hospital,  fans and friends of reality star and actor, Rico Swavey have launched a fundraiser campaign for the Big Brother Naija (BBN) star.
Persecondnews.com had reported yesterday that Swavey was involved in a car accident and was in critical condition with doctors reportedly battling to save his life.
It was gathered this evening that the reality star’s condition was yet to stable and has been placed on life-support machine as of the time of filing this report.
Some of his colleagues led by Tobi Bakare took to Twitter to announce that they have just floated a fundraiser campaign in order to raise sufficient money to take care of the injured actor.
Bakare said the price to save their friend keeps rising and they solicited financial support from well meaning Nigerians and in Diaspora to be able to foot his (Swavey) bill.
A video of his damaged vehicle was also shared on social media platforms in the early hours of today.
“We can’t do this alone hence the need to launch a fundraiser for our friend as the bill continues to rise and his condition still in critical stage. We solicit help and we call for prayers for our dear friend”, he wrote.
