Ex-lmo Gov. Rochas Okorocha, currently serving as a senator, was on Tuesday arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Okorocha was nabbed at his private office in Abuja after he reportedly failed to honour their invitation over corruption allegations.
EFCC spokesman, Mr Wilson Uwujaren, confirmed that the former governor was cooling his heels in their office.
Gov. Hope Uzodinma, who succeeded Okorocha had accused him of large-scale and unbridled corruption.
