Mr Mohammed Adamu Fagen Gawo, representing Garki-Babura Federal Constituency in Jigawa, has been reported dead in Dubai.
Gawo of the All Progressives Congress, passed on in a Dubai hospital while receiving medications for an ailment associated with his legs.
Both a member of his family, Mr. Mohammed Hadi Inuwa, and the Jigawa State Acting Chairman of APC, Alhaji Habibu Sarah, confirmed the death of Gawo.
The late lawmaker is survived by wife and 10 children.
