While getting ready to board a private jet, the singer, in a recent live streaming watched by Persecondnews, confessed he is a “very reckless spender,” making Chioma the official boss of his finances.
The conversation began after Davido was seen placing a phone call to Chioma, asking her to send $4,000 to his longtime associate, Lati.
His request caught the attention of those around him, prompting questions about who controls his finances.
Streamer Davrel, who was with the singer at the time, asked if Chioma was the one managing his money, following the phone call.
Responding without hesitation, Davido confirmed that she oversees all his finances, saying: “Yes, she handles all my finances because I’m a very reckless spender.”
The award-winning musician laughed as he made the admission, appearing completely comfortable with the arrangement and suggesting that it helps him maintain better financial discipline.
