Mr Macaroni Opens Up: Real Reason for  Skit Maker’s Long Hiatus, Cites Personal Reset

Popular Nigerian skit maker and activist, Debo Adedayo, popularly known as Mr Macaroni, has finally addressed concerns over his prolonged absence from social media, revealing that he deliberately stepped away to focus on his mental and emotional well-being.
The content creator, whose witty skits and outspoken commentary on national issues have earned him a massive following, had left many fans wondering why he suddenly went quiet online.
 His silence sparked speculation among followers who are accustomed to his regular engagements on social media..
Breaking his silence on Wednesday, the comedian reassured fans that he was safe, describing his return as a “Proof of Life” while explaining that he needed time away from the pressures of social media.
“I decided to take a break off social media for a much needed reset,” he wrote.
Mr Macaroni also expressed deep appreciation to his family and close friends, saying their unwavering love and support sustained him during his time away.
“I remain grateful to my family and dearest of friends God has blessed me with for their unending love which I do not deserve,” he added.
The actor further thanked the many fans who reached out with messages of concern, saying he was touched by their kindness and thoughtfulness throughout his absence.
“And to all of you that have been sending countless messages checking up on me, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart,” he wrote.
Ending his message on an optimistic note, Mr Macaroni wished Nigerians and his supporters a fulfilling second half of the year, encouraging them to remain hopeful despite prevailing challenges.
