Just In: Court Grants Sowore ₦200 Million Bail Under Strict Conditions in Cybercrime Trial

A Federal High Court in Abuja has granted ₦200 million bail to African Action Congress (AAC) presidential candidate and publisher Omoyele Sowore over alleged cybercrime charges.

The court ordered Sowore to provide two sureties, including a traditional ruler from his community and an Abuja property owner, surrender his international passport, and adjourned the case to July 6 for the commencement of his defence.
