Veteran Nollywood actress Shaffy Bello has revealed she is open to getting married again but has ruled out dating younger men.

In the latest interview, she admitted to having once dated a younger partner, saying it was when she was “having fun.”

She, however, now considers that phase of her life over, adding, “That season has passed.”

She explained that her current priorities have shifted toward seeking mature, meaningful connections.

“I’m no longer in that fun zone,” she said, stating clearly that any future relationship must align with her values and stage in life.

“I have dated a younger man,” she said, “but I was having fun—and fun times are over. That season has passed.”

The actress emphasized that her current outlook on relationships is shaped by maturity and life experience.

While the thrill of younger love may have once appealed to her, Shaffy now seeks deeper connections grounded in shared values and emotional stability.

“I’m in a different phase now,” she stated. “I want something meaningful, not just exciting.”

The mother of two made it clear that moving forward, compatibility, respect, and shared goals matter more to her than age or aesthetics.

While she hasn’t ruled out love entirely, her message was unmistakable: anyone seeking her heart must bring maturity and intention to the table.

“I’m not saying no to marriage,” she added. “But I know what I want now.”
