The All Progressives Congress (APC) has recorded a landslide victory in all the declared chairmanship seats in Saturday’s local government elections across the state.
The Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC) announced the winners as follows:
Ajeromi-Ifelodun LGA: Hon. Olamilekan Olu Akindipe (aka Lampholder) – Chairman-Elect
Alimosho LGA: Akinpelu Ibrahim Johnson – Chairman-Elect
Kosofe LGA: Barr. Moyosore Adedoyin Ogunlewe – Executive Chairman
Mushin LGA: Hon. Haruna Olatunbosun Aruwe – Chairman-Elect
Oshodi-Isolo LGA: Otunba Kehinde Almaroof-Oloyede – Chairman-Elect
Ojo LGA: Hon. Princess Muhibat Titilola Rufai – Chairman-Elect
Ikorodu LGA: Prince Adedayo Abdullateef Ladega – Chairman-Elect
Surulere LGA: Sulaimon Yusuf Bamidele – Chairman-Elect
Agege LGA: Tunde Azeez – Chairman-Elect
Lagos Island LGA: Hon. Taiwo Oyekan – Chairman-Elect
