NNPC Ltd Welcomes New GCEO, Board as Kyari Bows Out

The management and the staff of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd) have given a rousing welcome to a new Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bayo Ojulari, and the Board of Directors appointed by President Bola Tinubu.

This development follows the exit of the GCEO, Mr. Mele Kyari, and the former board members.

In a terse statement on Wednesday, Mr. Olufemi Soneye, the Chief Corporate Communications Officer, NNPC Ltd, expressed profound appreciation to Kyari and the former board members for their selfless and dedicated service to the company and the nation.

“Mr. Kyari’s leadership and tireless efforts have left an indelible mark on NNPC Ltd., and we are sincerely grateful for his outstanding contributions,” Soneye said.

The NNPC Ltd staff wished Kyari and all departing board members continued success and fulfillment in their future endeavours.

The new GCEO, Mr. Ojulari, is expected to build on the foundation laid by Kyari and take the company to greater heights.
