2024 recruitment: NNPC Ltd. begins candidates’ shortlisting for interview stage

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd. ) has commenced the shortlisting of candidates for the interview stage of its 2024 recruitment exercise.

This follows the successful completion of the Computer-Based Test (CBT) for Graduate Trainees and Experienced roles.

Successful candidates have started receiving interview invitation emails from the organization, informing them of their progress to the next stage of the recruitment process.

The interview is scheduled to take place at the NNPC Ltd. Corporate Headquarters in Abuja, with details regarding the date, time, and other instructions to be communicated to candidates in due course.

NNPCL has reiterated its commitment to a fair, merit-based recruitment process that ensures equal opportunities for all candidates.

The organization values diversity and inclusivity, evaluating each applicant solely on their qualifications, skills, and suitability for the role.

Candidates are encouraged to prepare thoroughly for the next stage and stay updated via their email communications.

It is worth noting that NNPCL reserves the right to disqualify candidates at any stage of the recruitment process if they are discovered not to have met the minimum requirements for employment, a statement said.

Persecondnews reported that NNPC Ltd. began a computer-based aptitude test for 45,689 applicants in its ongoing recruitment last week.

The Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO), Mr. Mele Kyari, who oversaw the process at the Ansar-Ud-Deen Society Centenary Resource Centre in Maitama, Abuja, on Saturday, promised a smooth, transparent, fair, and credible.

As an equal opportunity employer, NNPC Ltd. has made special provisions to ensure that applicants with disabilities can take the test without any hindrance.
