Tinubu signs landmark national minimum wage bill 2024

Following its passage by the National Assembly last week, President Bola Tinubu on Monday assented to the National Minimum Wage Bill 2024.

He signed the bill at 2 p.m. at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The brief ceremony was witnessed by the President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio, and Deputy Senate President, Barau Jibrin, among other senior government officials.
