Nollywood actress Yvonne Jegede is facing a challenging period as her father battles a partial stroke, but despite the tough times, the actress said she remained resilient and hopeful.

Yvonne, who recently shared a video of her and her son visiting her father in the hospital, opened up about the difficulties her family has been enduring, including the loss of two family members last month and the recent health scare involving her father.

Despite these hardships, she continues to find the strength to smile and stay positive.

Yvonne expressed her gratitude to her Maker, saying that she is thankful for her father’s speedy recovery, even though he remains hospitalized.

She also urged her fans and followers to regularly check up on their parents, revealing that she received messages from two friends whose parents were experiencing similar health issues.

“It has been such a terrible time for me and my family, but we prevail. From losing two family members last month to having this scare, I don’t know how I keep smiling, but I have to.

“We bless the most High for a speedy recovery. While this was going on, I got a message from 2 friends saying their parents were going through the same. Check on your parents, guys,” she shared.
