A former Speaker of the House of Representatives in the President Olusegun Obasanjo administration, Ghali Umar Na’Abba, is dead.

Na’Abba, died in the wee hours of Wednesday, according to report reaching Persecondnews.

Na’Abba from Kano State, was elected into the House of Representatives in 1999.

He was elected the speaker following the resignation of Speaker Salisu Buhari, also from Kano over certificate forgery.
