Mohbad: Naira Marley, Sam Larry get N20m bail

Marley, Sam, and two others were arraigned in court on October 6 over the circumstances leading to the death of the musician, Ilerioluwa Aloba, known as Mohbad.

Naira Marley and Sam Larry have been granted bails by a magistrate’s court in Yaba, Lagos State.

Per Second News gathered that the court set their bail at N20 million with three responsible sureties.

Marley, Sam, and two others were arraigned in court on October 6 over the circumstances leading to the death of the musician, Ilerioluwa Aloba, known as Mohbad.

Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun, stipulated that as part of their bail conditions, the defendants must surrender their passports to the court and report weekly to the State Criminal Investigations and Intelligence Department in Panti, Yaba

The magistrate also warned that she should not be contacted directly regarding the case.

She said any attempt to reach her directly would be documented and possibly disclosed in the open court.
