Bayo Onanuga appointed Presidential Adviser on Information, Ms. Delu Yakubu aide on Poverty Alleviation

In the latest appointments announced on Friday night, Mr Bayo Onanuga, former Managing Director of News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), has been appointed the
Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy.

Also appointed is Ms. Delu Bulus Yakubu, as the Senior Special Assistant on Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation.

A statement by Chief Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Media and Publicity and given to Persecondnews, said the appointments were part of efforts to prioritize effective and efficient working synergy between the Presidency and federal ministries.

“President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointments of professionals who have prior working experience within the architecture of the ministries.

“They will be coordinating with, in addition to duties that will be carried out at the President’s discretion.

“The President wishes the new presidential aides well in the discharge of their duties,” he said.
