JUST IN: Stella Oduah and eight others, arraigned over alleged fraud.

Former Aviation Minister, Stella Oduah and eight others have pleaded not guilty to a 25 count charge fraud-related offences.

They were charged for conspiracy, money laundering, and maintaining anonymous bank account with First Bank Plc with about N7.9 billion involved.

Justice Inyang Ekwo after taking their plea, directed that the Attorney General take over the matter and that the EFCC should transmit the case file to the AGF in two weeks.
